Most owners never learn their building has an acoustic requirement until a complaint arrives from the lot below. NCAT has ordered non-compliant floors removed at the owner’s cost.

We check your by-law before specifying anything, propose a build-up with documented acoustic performance, and put the strata application pack together so you can submit it.
